MY PACKAGE GOT SENT BACK TO THE SENDER, WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN TO IT?
If the address you provided is incomplete, or if your package was damaged during transport, the package may be automatically returned to us. In this case, please contact us at shop@maisondelescargot sharing your full address if necessary, so that we can send you a new package as soon as possible. We do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as the result of being provided with an inaccurate address.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
